Admissions

 

The admissions for the year 2012-2013 commencing from 17th August 2011.

  • Office timings : 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
  • Parents may register their students by collecting the application form from the office on payment of Rs.800 as registration fees and enclosing passport size photographs, copy of birth certificate, and marks card from the previous school.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded. The mode of payment of fees is either by bank draft, pay-order drawn in the name of BGS National Public School or by cash.. No Cheques will be accepted.
  • Applications for registration are accepted with effect from August 17th 2011 onwards.
  • Based on the registration, Selection will be made on the basis of
    1. First Come First Serve.
    2. Proximity to School.
    3. Siblings.
    Selected Candidates will be intimated through phone or Email. Admission will start with immediate effect. Admission will be done between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on payment of the fees.
  • Fees :
    Please contact the office for details regarding the fees. The school is self-financed and no aid is received from either the central or state government. The fees structure may change to meet the additional expenditure on salaries, activities, maintenance and other development schemes. Fees is charged (Both transport and School fees) for 12 months. School fees to be paid in two installments. First before 10th of April and Second  before 10th of November of every year. Transport fees to be paid in the month of May (before 20th) in full.
  • Concession :
    One younger sibling may enjoy 15 % discount on school fees(if there is a written request from the parent) Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
